We are watching two of the grand kids today, so we ordered pizza and meatballs, for lunch
Aurora helped Na Na Tina make cupcakes for dessert. I'm glad the little ones take to cooking / baking ....
Tina has kielbasa chunks, cabbage, and onions, cooking in the crock pot for supper.

Omg this salad is out of this world!
The dressing is perfect, just the right amount too.
I added walnuts and sunflower seeds to mine. Like you Lee, I left the bacon out because of having the BLT, but I'll be adding bacon to the leftover salad - which makes a lot.

I made dinner tonight and baked a sirloin pork roast. It looks anemic but was quite tasty.

Not a fan of most shrimp, but I love that frozen tempura shrimp! I dip it in a soy-ginger-garlic sauce.

Had almost a pound of ground beef that had to get used up; so Tina suggested chili con carne
with rice on the side...... I had a stale, hard, Dunkin plain doughnut for dessert. I didn't think to wet the doughnut, and heat it in the toaster oven.
