Jimmy, this kielbasa, cabbage, potato dish made in the slow cooker looks good to me. Please ask Tina how she makes it - what else goes in there? Does she keep the sausage whole until serving? Beef kielbasa?

Well, long day working on my son's truck, getting ready for winter. So, in the interest of speed and hunger, delivery is on it's way. It's a domino's night. BTW, Jon says their new 5 cheese Mac and cheese is very good.

Here She Is...... "Tina's Kielbasa and Cabbage" She used all beef kielbasa, but I'm sure pork would be just as good especially smoked.

Wife Tina's recipe for Kielbasa and cabbage.**

In a slow cooker...( I used a 6 Quart ).... I added a one pound ring of smoked Kielbasa cut into 1" pieces into the slow cooker and 1/2 a large head of chopped cabbage, and a large chopped onion on top the kielbasa. Added two boxes beef stock approx. so as to cover the cabbage. I sprinkled a tsp. of McCormick's salt free Garlic and Herb seasoning,
1 Tbs. Dried Chives, and1 tsp. of fine ground black Pepper. I added 3 peeled and quartered Idaho potatoes.
Cook on LOW for 8 hours; making sure the kielbasa is pushed down into the cabbage...

That Domino's had come a long way. DW loves the thin crust with the sausage pellets.
I tell her, "I see ya got your Rabbit Pellets!" on the pizza topping. She then says, "I got Some Steel Pellets for you Mister!"

Not anymore. We did when #3 son lived in Federal Way. We go to the one in Lakewood.
