Busy! day here.. last minute run out of town with Jules and her son Ben to get her new car.
I was famished when I got home, so I made the pizza and ate 2 slices, I'll probably have another slice later and save the rest for lunch tomorrow.

Tonight is pot roast with the usual vegetables.

It was all excellent - the veg was potatoes, parsnips, onions, and carrots. I didn’t realize her gravy had no milk or flour in it so had some gravy with seconds. The brownies were a King Arthur box mix and good as well.

Texas Roadhouse gave me 3 vouchers-
So I can bring my family.
My dinner tonight was Hormel Roast Beef,
& Bob Evans Masheed Potatos. Picture didn't

The only Texas Roadhouse I know of in Washington is by the PX at Ft. Lewis. Good luck getting in there.
