I've been craving a pizza and Dad doesn't like it. I made him Asian shrimp and snow peas (thanks, Lora!). Mine was DiGiorno rising crust, Supreme. Delicious and two slices were very filling.

Fillet of sole fish tonight. Spanish rice, and peas and carrots for the veggie.
Chocolate cake with a dollop of ice cream aside for dessert.
I would have had another slice of cake, but the Diet Police lady was watching me.

I'm thinking it's going to be fried cod again, I have some cabbage that needs used up as well, so homemade coleslaw, maybe fries too.

Coincidentally, I had just enough of the fry breading lol
I'll have the other two pieces for lunch tomorrow with the rest of the slaw, which was awesome.
Decided not to have fries, too much as it was.

I’m in the same boat. Getting ready for this trip, neither one of us wants to cook. Last night I had two leftover BLT’s watching football. I have no clue about tonight.

I finished the lefty chicken soup. DD helped me with some. I was to have the lefty fish, but the Diet Policewoman put the damper on that.... She went to shower, and that was my shot at a slice of coconut custard pie. You know what?..... Food tastes better when one sneaks eating it.

Got a great deal on 7 loin lamb chops - yellow sticker special - instead of $27, they were $6.

Pan-fried served with Finnish rutabaga and a piece of baked potato. Dad had mint jelly.

I've got a bit of corned beef leftover from the other day.
I'll have that, some mash and I'm going to do a dish with green beans, tomatoes, cheese and onions.

Tonight will be chili with cornbread.

Corned beef with grainy mustard, mash and I roasted some green beans, grape tomatoes, sliced onion and white cheddar in the oven @400 for 20 minutes. I liked it!
Oh yeah, I sprinkled on some Italian herbs as well.

Chili, and mine with rice. Spices all Mrs. Dash No Sodium. There was corn bread, but I refused eating that. Too Many Carbs. (the Mrs. was glad, but she is watching me like a hawk ).

I got the double burger wit no bun or cheese. The cook put cheese on but it scraped off easy enough. The bar had a limited menu and was able to make mine work.

Possibly the shrimp and snap peas over rice again, or the Boursin pasta.

Had (“Oven Fry” seasoned crumbs) thin pork chops, roasted baby red and yellow potatoes, and creamed corn last night.
Maybe pasta tonight.
