No clue as for what to eat for supper. Yesterday was the chuck roast, and there was some left over, but I don't want leftover's the day after. I have to at least skip a day or so.
Usually. the kids come over , and they suggest something, but they are still in Boston Mass having breakfast. I know my son is in a good mood after seeing his Bruins win yesterday.
He's bringing home cannoli's from a famous bakery there - in Boston, ("Mikes Pastry's" ).
Maybe we can have soup, so we can have room in our tummies for the cannoli's. LOL

Some days back, I noticed a recipe for Sausage Gravy Biscuit Pie. I thought it looked good, but had a different idea for the recipe. I made my sausage gravy and placed that in a cast iron casserole dish. I then used a cheater box to make Cheddar Bay Biscuits, placed them on top of the gravy and baked until the biscuits were done. It was yummy! Tonight, we're having l/o pie and I'll be making scrambled eggs to go with it. I think it will work...here's the original

From the pictures, that looks like the recipe I use! From my very first cookbook, received for Christmas, when I was 10 years old, Betty Crocker. Although, I use boiling onions, when I can find them. Yummy! Thanks for sharing.
These were Candy Sweet onions from Hermiston.
