Friend Christine and I are in Provincetown for the big Halloween bash. Yesterday's lunch/dinner at the Lobster Pot was a Cod Reuben for me and a lobster roll for Christine. Both of us were very happy with our choices.

Breakfast this morning for me was my usual poached eggs, bacon and toast (no photo). Christine had a breakfast flatbread with scrambled eggs, cheese, crumbled bacon, and scallions. She said it looked better than it tasted - too bland.

Stuffed acorn squash and salad.
I subbed parmesan for mozzarella and wish I hadn't.
I've found that finely shredded parm doesn't have a real good melt factor lol

Got a lot of the turkey/cranberries and walnut mix leftover, as I only made one squash.
I'll buy a delicata squash next week and use the rest for that, this time with mozzarella.

Last night's dinner in Provincetown was at Front St. restaurant, with a large Italian menu. I had two appetizers: Eggplant Involtini and Meatballs Forno - wonderful! Christine's Penne Bolonaise was nothing special she said.

The ham balls will go in freezer. There was leftover ham so she made ham salad. I’ll have a sandwich later.

There is one pork roast leftover from the ham ball grinding and will make a Czech roast pork tomorrow night with Polish sauerkraut on the side.
