Here is a pic of the rice and beans. I like those diced rotel tomatoes and on top. They are nice and firm.
Jalapenos mixed with the tomatoes too.

I used to make it quite a lot with sweet potatoes.

Yes.... It looked ok like I could eat the whole pot; but too many carbs Tina said.
It was little red beans ( Goya Brand ), and Kokohu ( sp? ) rice. Soft grain rice.

Baked chicken wings are in the oven at 250F covered with red onions sliced. Seasoning is Mrs. Dash garlic blend, and black pepper. Tina went to Sam's Club shopping for the paper products, and other items.

FOUR Burgers ??????

I ate one the day I made it, I gave the rest of the steak soup,
and 2 burgers to my cleaning lady to take home.& Iam
presently eating the 4th burger, w/Potato Salad & Chocolate
Milk now for Lunch. I really enjoy cooking the burgers in the oven.

I still have turkey, so I put the leftover 4 slices in a container in the freezer, covered in gravy.

May have grilled the last steak of the season. It was "grass fed" and tender, but not a lot of beefy flavor. Ate half.

The salad was wonderful, lol!

Stuffed peppers tonight. Tina is prepping them now. She made a banana cake earlier for dessert.
I received my new recliner today. I LOOK like CHAIRIE the character puppet on Pee Wee Herman's magic garden show that was on TV years ago.

Salami, black forest ham, lettuce, tomato, onion and Italian dressing, with Lays potato chips.
