I'm hoping to finally have my fat burger and crispy fries.
I barely got any sleep since getting home this morning. Too much busy most of yesterday, then straight into night shift.
That’s great news! Keep it upI Had low sodium chicken soup planned with leftover lasagna wide noodles from yesterday.
Well..... that changed right after the Dr. called me to tell me the bloodwork results was great, and I can live a little longer. Maybe! LOL ...My BP was lower than normal.... 120 / 60. My Elephant Titus looking leg oedema is gone too. Now I have Turkey legs, and my fat covered Bubby Toe's are normal. Thanks to Tina who uses no sodium in my food.
My blood sugar was perfect, and all other results were all normal. SOoooo! that calls for a celebration of being a good boy.

I didn't get all crazy with the burger.
Just lettuce, cheddar, mayo and Tony Packo's thick spicy pickles, on a brioche bun.
The fries are the Grown In Idaho crispy hand cuts.

I’ve been wanting to make lemon curd. Do you have it posted here?I had a small cracked wheat roll with turkey breast, iceberg, and mayo. Also, half a banana and some homemade lemon curd for brunch.
Dinner plan is pan-fried sliced flank steak, mashed (fresh or instant, TBDL), and green bean and almonds (from the grab-n-go prepared foods at the market never had them before, so I hope they are good).
