Sass, I've been meaning to ask you: what kind of spread do you use? Does it ever melt?

Of course it melts, eventually.
I use Kerrygold Irish butter or Land O' Lakes butter with canola oil.

Sure wish I had some HP sauce on hand.

Steak & Eggs, Potato Pancakes, Tomato slices. I picked
the tomato's green from my garden a week ago.
( I love California) They ripened in my window sill.
DD made Breakfast.

Sometimes I just don’t feel like eating. But I need to take my meds. So this works.
