I grew up on tater tot casserole! My version is a bit tweeked from the original that Mom made like this
I don’t know what recipe my mom used, probably Betty Crocker, but they sure were good. I’d make bean sandwiches with white bread and butter.Close to my grandmother's Boston Baked Beans which has brown sugar, less molasses. I need to make a pot before it gets too hot to have the oven on for 5 hours.

I did it lolLots of these recipes are wonderful and deserve threads of their own. I was successful in copying the pork chop marinades in their own thread, but tried 3 times to copy the Long John Silver Batter into the Fish Forum. Not showing up. Weird.
