Some pix from New Year's Eve. Our town celebrates Hogmanay, the Scottish New Year's Eve holiday. There's a parade from a church to the waterfront and then town leaders dressed as Colonial rebels call the townspeople to revolution. Huzzah!

Thank you Lee. You know you're inviting me to blabber about my kids now right? LOL! She is indeed the sweetest little girl I've ever known. She has the biggest heart, she's always singing and dancing, and has the best sense of humor even though she's only 2! She can make me smile and laugh when it's the last thing on earth I want to do.

Can't get better than that....free, fresh-cut flowers for the dining table. They're beautiful!

We are weeks away from rose blooms but our meadow near the woods is full of fawn lilies. I can't mow until they have finished.

The Peonies started blooming yesterday, as did the Irises and Daisies. The last one is my little girls favorite spot. She loves dirt.
