Movies You Watched

Iron Man 2 - actually watched it twice! Reviewers didn't like it as well as the first, but I thought it was really good.

Before The Devil Knows You're Dead

OMG, talk about bad luck and bad choices. The story takes so many bad luck turns you have to keep watching to see who screws up next.

Gone Baby Gone

This is a wicked Boston story. It is one of those "oh crap I didn't see that coming". I liked it a lot. Great twists and turns.

That sounds like my kind of movie, and entirely too intriguing to pass up! Just checked, and Netflix has it streaming, so I've added it to my queue. Thanks!

The Tooth Fairy. It's cute for kids - my son loved it.
Is that the one with the Rock? If so I haven't seen it yet.

I know you can't be talking about the Lochlyn Munro thriller which I also haven't seen.

I think there was a movie with Kirsty Alley awhile ago and she was the tooth fairy, that was cute also. Not sure but it may be a little adult for young children.

Yes, it's the one with the Rock...I haven't seen the Munro thriller either.

Private Resort, a sophmoric humor laced movie. If you are into porky's and that type of thing this is a movie you would like.

I know some of us on here love Vampire stuff, so there is a new movie coming out called "Let Me In". Just saw the trailer for it...looks pretty awesome. May have to actually see this one in the theater! :)

i watched "the wrestler" last night.

it's like watching a train wreck. i couldn't turn it off.

mickey rourke looks horrible, and was perfect for the part. old, beaten up, and bloated.

marissa tomei in a fishnet body stocking was well, like seeing phoebe cates in "fast times at ridgemont high".

Baraka

If you have lossless audio over a 5.1 system and a 1080p display, don't miss this one on Blu-Ray. 96 minutes with no dialog. Perfect.

Watching The Perfect Storm on A&E. I'd forgotten how strong the desire for home an $$ can be. Man pride (= stupidity?)!

Just watched "Survival of the Dead" - Romero's latest dead movie. He was in good form for this one, and it harkened back to the old 80s style dead movies. Really enjoyed it. If you're a fan of the old Romero dead movies (not those crappy cam moves he's tried), you'll probably like this one.

Got Knight & Day with Cruise and Diaz to watch tonight. Not a hug fan of Cruise, but the movie looks fun enough…..we'll see.

Watched Pitch Black on AMC today. I can't believe it's old enough to be considered a "classic" now. LOL! Great movie, though. Gotta love Vin Diesel. Gonna try and catch Brothers tonight.

Lakeview Terrace

watched Cat People ( I love the song!! "Putting out the fire with gasoline"!! Thats how my life feels sometimes LOL Bowie's voice is so haunting on the song)

The one with Nastassja Kinky? haha. Haven't seen it in eons. Wish AMC would air that movie. "Haunting" is a perfect description. (Whenever I hear her name, I remember that photo w/ the boa constrictor.)

Knight & Day was a fun movie. Don't take it seriously, and just enjoy the fun. It's a fun movie. Best Cruise movie I've seen in years.

Now, on to Predators 2010!

Night of the Living Dead (1968).

Went to bed, but wasn't sleepy yet, so I turned on the tv. George Romero's finest effort had just started, and hosted by none other than Elvira!

Bring on Halloween!
