I don’t drink enough water. Sometimes I have two cups of coffee for all day, then wine at dinner. I’ve not had a beer for almost two months. I just had a wellness check (what army calls a physical now) and all blood work came back normal.
John, I've turned everyone I know into better water drinkers.
I know the importance of hydration, but failed to do it myself.

We are supposed to hit 100°F Friday.
I was on a roll cleaning the car when she decided to run errands.
I’ll go out later, make a recycle drop off, then head to Sportco and look for ammo.

Good day everyone. It is 74F at the moment. We are under a severe/excessive heat warning for the next several days.
We got a big thunderstorm last night. DD called me and said it looked like the end of the world outside, and she was going to wait a bit before leaving work. She said the rain, lightning and thunder was amazing.

It's not as uncomfortable today as yesterday, but the sun's not shining either.

I'm always a high energy nurse, yesterday we were swamped with admissions, short staff, one death and my residents hall got the lunch cart late. Grrr
