Dinner thread Sunday, Nov. 23 - Saturday, Nov. 30

I couldn’t wait for Thursday. I turned a Turkey Leg into Turkey Soup. I also made a salad. I’m stuffed.

Supper was Shrimp peel and eat, with curry ketchup, and a saffron flavored buttered roll....
A chocolate chip cookie for dessert.

We still have leftovers.

Crab cakes, pan roasted asparagus and Caesar salad too. Earlier, I made banana bread, but that's for Thursday.

I had steelhead patty’s and a glass of V-8 juice so I got my vegetables. Dessert was a small bowl of raisins and pumpkin seeds.

Lunch was Grilled Cheese & Pesto sandwich with Mac Salad. Dinner will be Glazed Chicken Mini Meatloaf with roasted carrots and green beans...maybe yams or salad too.

Today was Dr. day. Tina did a virtual and I did a personal visit and dear Son took me.
We got loads of steroids and anti biotics. I have residual upper infection, and Tina has full bloom. It's only a cold , and Dr. Didn't want to hear that.
Tina had some soup. I am waiting for DIL and DD to do the prepping. We will will rely on the girls to do the cooking. It's gonna be a poop show as soon as Maria gets home from work. Two cooks in the kitchen is not a good idea for the holiday.

It's been a long time since I've had a Lean Cuisine pizza. Seems to me that they used to be bigger.

I sprinkled a bit of extra cheese and added a couple of slices of chorizo. Not horrible.

I should have adjusted my lighting.
Actually I prefer these strips made in the oven vs air fryer, but they tasted delicious just the same.
