Dinner thread Sunday, Nov. 23 - Saturday, Nov. 30

Breakfast was Pastina and eggs

No clue, probably leftover vegetarian cottage pie. I’m eating light as I have the oxytron treatment to my hip tomorrow morning, it’s done in surgery, and I’ll be sedated, so surgery rules are noted. Oxytron is a heavy dose of electrical impulses to bursa in my hip.
 
Supper was an egg, sausage, onion, mushroom, broccoli, and pepper scramble. She baked individual servings in muffin pans that will go in freezer and come out later for breakfasts. This was some that was extra. I jazzed mine up with Tabasco sauce and fresh ground black pepper.

We had Southern Mac & Cheese topped with Pulled Pork, Crispy Onions & Crispy Jalapenos. I used a drizzle of BBQ sauce, DH used a drizzle of Valentino Hot Sauce. Freezer pulls, so easy meal. I spent the day making potato salad and salad dressings to make lunches a bit easier.
