We just recently added panko bread crumbs to the regular crumbs, and we like it because it is so crispy. Tina and I could eat as much as much as 30 slices between us. The leftover's don't last very long. We just leave them on the countertop, and grab them as we walk by them. It's like Pop Corn, or potato chips..... You can't just have one.You and Tina are killing me with that beautiful fried eggplant!

Yep, I added extra and more, veggies! Cuz that's what we wanted.I'm going to make a cheater version of Kung Pao Chicken. Cheater, 'cuz I'm going to use PF Chang bottled Kung Pao sauce. It isn't bad and make quick work of a stir fry. I'll make a pot of Jasmine rice with enough to have left overs for fried rice, later in the week.
Judy uses a fork - I like the chopsticks.I have to switch over to a fork unless the rice is really sticky. Still an amateur chopsticks-user, but getting better.

we were just talking about semolina bread. Well, yesterday my friends were in St Pete for the day and stopped at Mazarro's. https://mazzarosmarket.com. It's a fabulous Italian Market. We don't often get up ther, but Barb called to ask if there was anything I wanted. Yes! Semolina Bread! So she brought me a fresh baked loaf AND some of their handmade mushroom ravioli.
Tonight's dinner was the mushroom ravioli, with a brandy truffle cream sauce, garnished with fresh basil and black garlic.

OK..... So, Supper was great. I grilled some steaks on the Webber, and Tina fried smashed potatoes inside in a non stick pan. Corn on the cob for the veggie, and cherries for dessert.
