This vegetable lo mein is very good.
The sauce is on the mild side, but tasty!
The egg rolls are white chicken, came out nice and crispy in the oven.
Easy dinner, and delish!

Ok, this is going wayyy too far for St. Paddy's Day IMO.
We went through the drive thru and asked for a dozen glazed at Krispy Kreme. The box was decorated for the day, but they didn't say the doughnuts were too. We got home opened the box and were surprised with 12 green doughnuts. They are green all the way through.

Craig thought they tasted the same as normal, but I thought they were a bit off tasting and I didn't think they were as light and fluffy as normal either.
This jumbled plated mess is shrimp stir fry (used sesame oil) with red cabbage, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, carrot , kale and pea pods over rice.
I'm loving eating a lot healthier again.
My gut is thanking me!

Big salad - small broiled lobster tail. Aldi's had them at a great price.
That salad is beautiful!
I never knew Aldi had lobster tails, but the ones in my area may not

BTW, DD and I find the gel food coloring has an off flavor. Maybe that’s what they used.

Very pretty. I tried to do tails for DD and I didn’t do it right because there were to many shell shards.
Can you share your technique pleas.
