I got back from getting my second shot and fixed brunch -: the leftover sausage I gave 3 minutes in the microwave, eggs, and toast. Now for a nap.

No pics today. Lunch was ham, bean, veg soup out of the freezer, half tub of cottage cheese, and peanut butter and crackers.

I never got around to breakfast this morning then had an appointment at a plumbing store so had a late brunch. I was craving soft boiled eggs and rye toast. Sass, I should have made soldiers. The eggs are from a local farm, free range, and come out with orange yolks like we used to get in Germany. The shells are very hard, as well.

Wow, I haven't had soft boiled eggs like that since I was a kid when my Polish grandmother served them to me. I was always ambivalent about them. Never sure if I loved 'em or not so much.

I guess the fact that it's been 55 years or so tells me something.

I went freezer diving and heated up a pint of vegetable bean soup. i ate the whole pint with oyster crackers and am stuffed.

I had a small piece of a Jersey Mike's Philly cheesesteak.

Nothing to see here. I ate the last of the corned beef in a sandwich and used WinCo Dijon as the condiment. It is every bit as good as the French products.

Today’s lunch was a bacon butty with last night’s leftover bacon and toasted Bohemian rye bread. Normally there would not be any bacon left but I had plans to make this for today.
