This was the Christmas dinner that Kathy and I did not have last year, since her beloved dog was so ill (we had to take her dog to the vet for the last time the day after Christmas).

The prime rib did pretty well after being in the freezer all this time. I did age it in the fridge for 3 days.

With baked potato, stuffed mushrooms and peas.

Christmas Eve: Oysters on the half-shell, seafood stew, and egg nog (with bourbon) for dessert.

Christmas Dinner:
Grilled lamb chops, roasted potatoes, stuffed grape leaves with egg-lemon sauce, village salad with feta, hummus, tzatziki, and grilled pita. Gingerbread tiramisu for dessert.

I do'ed it!
Chicken and broccoli, peanut butter chicken, tandoori chick on a stick,seafood delight,
crab rangoons, an egg roll and a little General Tso chicken.
Didn't go wild this time lol
I'm nibbling around and will have the rest later, as usual.

Yes, Nancy went wild yesterday. All I wanted was duck and they had none. I could have been happy with all appetizers.
