I'll be having Nathan's bagel dogs and cucumber salad.
Change of plans. I've got some Kevin's Thai chicken curry in the fridge that needs to be used. Buzz ran to the store for me and got cauliflower so I can make rice to go with it

Nancy is doing a pot roast with all the trimmings.
I only ate one of the dogs, because they're big and filling.

I bought a big bag of Chicken Quarters.
There were 7 big ones. I managed to
Put 6 into zip locks Freezer bags.
No room for the 7th quarter to fit in freezer.
I made a real tasty Chinese Soup with that last quarter. Chicken, Green Onion, Celery,
Spinach, Bean Sprouts. Also a small Salad & Root Beer.

Last night’s pot roast bowl.
I added a blop of butter and a drizzle of olive oil to the pasta.
Tossed in some broccoli, then added the shrimp- which I'd sautéed prior in olive oil with some smoked paprika, Old Bay and red pepper flakes.
My favourite way to make this.
