Umm, What if that underwater glass tunnel should ever spring a leak? Then what? Would anyone ever want to be crossing it then? I wouldn't want to be!!!!!!!! :bolt:
You'd be in BIG trouble. A little leak would turn into a HUGE one very fast. But, I've been amazed at many of the bridges engineers have successfully built. I suspect they have done all the calculations and it will work. Hope so anyway. So amazing.

Most tunnels are made from steel tubes, such as the ones for the Ted Willams Tunnel in Boston (pictured below). It WILL be interesting to see if this will hold up. Not saying that it won't, but most tunnels I've seen & rode through have a high record for stability & sturdiness. Guess we'll find out though. :whistling:
