Nancy made hot crossed buns for dessert.
The plan today - is beef sirloin (thin) pepper steak and onions.

We sent ham and potatoes home with our sons but still enough for us for supper.
That what I had yesterday (ham and potatoes) was something Flo had brought to work.

This ham was Falls Brand from Twin Falls, ID and good. Nancy doesn't like spiral cut as they dry out too fast.
Ours was Honey Baked, 'cuz that's what DH requested. As long as one doesn't heat it, it is good. Just room temp and that allows the oven to do other things.
Didn't quite bother plating this better, but I know it's going to taste delicious because I've made it before.
The steak is basted with Korean BBQ sauce.

I'm making a Martha Stewart version of Swedish Meatballs. It is very different from the copycat Ikea, but it is good and easy too. We'll have noodles and a side salad...hoping to save room for home baked Willamette Valley Co, Dutch Caramel Apple pie that we didn't have room for yesterday! Hey, it should count for a Fruit serving, no?
