Went food shopping and as of now dinner will be pan-fried thin boneless strip steaks for hub and me. Lemon pepper salmon and roasted cauliflower for DDs. Mashed potatoes (DDs will have garlic added) and broccoli rabe for everyone.

I got precisely what I said I wasn't going to get lol
Tour of Italy.
Chicken parm, fettuccine alfredo and lasagna.
After, we stopped at Schlotzky's deli.
I got a pastrami and swiss on sour dough with a gorgeous salad for dinner tomorrow.

I have a hard time saying no to the Tour of Italy! So much food lol.
all the Schlotzky’s closed down around this region. I used to love the jalapeño sandwich bread.

Yes, then they bring out the bread sticks and salad first 😄
I passed on those.
Almost got some tiramisu, but didn't.

I didn't realize how cool the menu is at Schlotzky's.
I'll be going back there for sure.

It was a gorgeous evening. I grilled filet mignon and did crimini mushrooms in red wine, butter, parsley, and basil. The steak was not mushy at all. I never did get to the broccoli but will use it in a crustless quiche tomorrow.

I made Nancy grilled meatless burgers…
