Sharon, what did you make while your guests were with you?

Not much lol. Sunday we went out for Mexican. Monday Buzz grilled burgers per our 4 yo grandson's request and Tuesday we got pizza.
I had pre made some red potato salad and cauliflower jalapeno popper salad to have with our burgers.
 
How did you cook the acorn squash?
I've never had one

Cut in half, top to bottom. Scoop out seeds, season the insides. Fully wrap each half in a piece of foil. Bake cut-side down at 350 for an hour.

I bake them along with something else I have in the oven - chicken, meatloaf, etc.
