Not much lol. Sunday we went out for Mexican. Monday Buzz grilled burgers per our 4 yo grandson's request and Tuesday we got pizza.Sharon, what did you make while your guests were with you?

How did you cook the acorn squash?Got some garlic-seasoned wings on discount and turned them into Mom's. White acorn squash was on sale (99 cents) - never had it before, but I LOVE it! Has the taste and texture of a baked potato! I'm going back to get another one.

I've never had one
Thank you!Cut in half, top to bottom. Scoop out seeds, season the insides. Fully wrap each half in a piece of foil. Bake cut-side down at 350 for an hour.
I bake them along with something else I have in the oven - chicken, meatloaf, etc.

I had stocked up on some easy meals that I could prepare if the power was out.
Butternut squash ravioli with a sage brown butter sauce and asparagus.
Thanks Lee.... It was mighty tasty, "BUT", The steak was like shoe leather. I call it "Bargain Basement Beef!"Sharon and Jimmy, both of your dinners look wonderfully delicious!
