What's On The Plates Sunday October 13 - Saturday 19

Leftovers from a couple nights ago. It took me 2 days to make, so we ate it twice. Sometimes it's worth it to cook extra.

I had some
Leftover chicken breasts from the other night, so I tossed them I the air fryer and put them on a salad. A BIG salad. 3 lettuces, spinach, mushrooms, onions, peppers, tomatoes, dried cherries, cashews, croutons, Gorgonzola cheese, balsamic dressing. And topped with a crispy fried quail egg.

“Just a salad”. Turned out to be way too much food. With a hard roll and a glass of Taval rose.View attachment 70492
Food looks great! First time I've seen mention of a hard roll from someone other than me! Love it!! As a north Jersey boy, they're a staple.
