Now that I'm not! working, I'll throw something together here at home.

My intention was to make an eggwich like Lee did, and it kinda is lol
Made scrambled eggs in a bowl, - with spinach, smoked paprika, chopped onion, then topped it with a brat patty and Swiss.
A slice of toasted Pepperidge Farm pumpkin swirl bread.
Not pretty, but good in a pinch.

American Chop Suey. I've made it with tomato soup and liked it, but just used diced tomatoes this time.

Topped with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
