What's On The Plates-Sunday November 17 - Saturday 23

Yesterday was Pizza with 1/2 sausage crumbles topping. Ice cold beer for a turning it into a happy meal.

My intention was to make an eggwich like Lee did, and it kinda is lol
Made scrambled eggs in a bowl, - with spinach, smoked paprika, chopped onion, then topped it with a brat patty and Swiss.
A slice of toasted Pepperidge Farm pumpkin swirl bread.
Not pretty, but good in a pinch.
