Twice baked stuffed potato with a salad.
Kind of old school but it was good.

We went to the grocery yesterday then decided to have lunch at our favorite wood fired oven pizza place. Craig had meatball and cheese. I had my go to Margharita. We always get large pizzas because they are only $3 more than the smalls. So we had pizza for lunch, then Craig finished his off for dinner and I ate a couple more pieces, so still have half of mine left.

Well, that was a bust....
I saw the sign "In & Out" a few weeks ago, occupying the old
IHOP building...
Having just seen an article about how "In & Out" Burger was
expanding eastward from the west coast, and how my best friend Daniel
was very fond of their burgers, I, as I mentioned earlier, was ready to try it.

It's called "In & Out" alright, but I got inside to find a Greek Kabob &
Gyro Joint... Seeing as how, when I go out to eat, I peruse the menu
on line, which is where I can read it (with my trusty magnifier), I just
left, disappointed, to say the least.... Stopped three blocks and picked up
dinner from the La Choza.

Burrito Supreme
slices grilled chicken, bell peppers and onion
yellow rice, refried beans, topped with cheese sauce ...

I made French toast last night before bed time and put them in a tupperware for wake up time without wasting time making it. All we had to do, was pop the toast in the toaster, and DONE!
I also, par cooked the bacon so a quick pop into the microwave.....and......D O N E !
For supper, Tina is making a pan of pizza from the blue tube pizza crust, and her home made pizza sauce.
