Grilled Dogs on Toasted Buns, Air Fries, and my Pinto's from the Freezer...

Last night was bunko night so went to Bob's Burger's and Brew. I had the fish and onions rings. :heart:

They gave the mrs a $12 discount for her birthday. :bdaycake: She had avocado in a bun - pretty sad.

Sass & Lee- My Gluten Free Fried Chicken through the Air fryer was amazing.
I let chicken become room temperature.
Salted with Sea Salt 30 minutes before cooking.
Pat dry- Then put Chicken in bag with seasoning and Gluten Free Flour.
Shook off excess flour.
Bathed in egg whites.
Once more in the flour but with Gluten Free Panko.
(Like bread Crumbs)
28 minutes in the air fryer at 380 temp.

I got experimental and dipped the chicken in pancake batter that was seasoned with Lawry's
and garlic powder.
The results are awesome.
Fried in peanut oil.
Juicy on the inside and crispy skin.
I saw a recipe for the same at ifoodtv.
Delicious.

Mash on the side and a simple salad.
 
Family wanted lamb so I made lamb loin chops braised (with lemon, garlic and chicken broth), fresh green bean salad and shells in creamy garlic sauce.
 
My wife made this vegan stew dish :WitchBrewsSmiley: with all manner of veg to include rutabaga and turnips. I was up most of the night farting. It didn't taste bad just needed stew meat.
 
I finally used my air fryer for lunch today. Did a baked potato, and it turned out really well. Coated it with a little olive oil, skin was nice and crispy, then loaded it up with butter, cheese, sour cream, bacon bits, and green onion.

Air fryer came too late yesterday, so I ended up cooking the wings in the oven.

I have a list of things I'm going to try. On the top of that list is some tempura shrimp like Dan posted. I also saw some pic's of some just regular fried shrimp that looked good too.
 
Sub with deli ham, turkey,provolone, salami,onion, banana peppers and golden Italian dressing.
Original Pringles.
Note how I destroyed half the roll during the cutting. Gah!

I had that Kens Caesar dressing for the first time yesterday. It's really good.
Usually, I use olive oil only on my salad, but Tina said try the Kens. I was amazed, and, It had the grated cheese in it also.
 
That was a rummage sale find, Jim.
My Grandmother had the gold trimmed Corelle too.
To replace the old set they'd used for years.
Grandpa said the man at the store demonstrated how the plates didn't break, and dropped several on the floor to prove it.
Prior to that, this was the dinnerware pattern in the house of Lowe for years.
I remember them well.

I’m pretty sure my mom had the same wheat pattern dishes only hers were a pale blue not gold.

Ken's is the best ! My only complaint would be that the plastic bottle-topper with the hole for dispensing sometimes stays up there in the bottle screw-top... old farts like myself will forget this and BOOM, my Salad is drenched.... won't stop using it tho'...
