What's on the plates Sunday December 17 - Saturday 23

I nuked the potatoes first, then smashed them.
Drizzle of olive oil, in the oven at 450 for 30 minutes.
Added some Gordo's cheese sauce.
They're crispy cheesy delicious!
Salad...

I pulled some Greek-marinated lamb tips (from a local butcher) out of the freezer and broiled them. REALLY tender and good! Served with store bought spanikopita and store bought tzatgiki (sp.) to dunk the meat and spinach pies in. Delicious!

I'll pick up some pita and feta to have with leftovers.
