Today will probably be a fat burger on an onion bun with crispy thin fries.
What about you?
What about you?
Did you ever make your cobblers?I think DD needs to run an errand. So probably pick something up from food store or take-out.
Check posts. I just put pics in baking thread.Did you ever make your cobblers?
If so, we'd like to see them![]()
Cod and halibut are my favoritesBoth DD's were here today. We shared a strip steak, mushrooms, fries, an order of fish, and chips. Everything was wonderful. I never ordered fish from a steakhouse before. It was cod and very good, not greasy at all.
Good Peeps, I'm glad you had a nice dinner with the girls and didn't have to cookBoth DD's were here today. We shared a strip steak, mushrooms, fries, an order of fish, and chips. Everything was wonderful. I never ordered fish from a steakhouse before. It was cod and very good, not greasy at all.
Fries look fantastic! I'll try them. I've been disappointed in frozen fries to do in the oven. The fat burger is a Johnsonville Griller sausage burger, with lettuce, cheese, red onion, b&b pickles, I put a little olive oil mayo on the top bun, which is a Pepperidge Farm onion and poppy seed.
The fries are Idaho brand shoestring fries.
I didn't think they would crisp much in the oven, but they do- it's because they contain vegetable oil and salt, which I saw on the baking sheet (the oil) when I took them out of the oven, not overly salty though, but I can taste it.
Heinz chili sauce instead of ketchup.

Baked penne and sausage using the low carb pea protein pastaView attachment 60610View attachment 60611
Thank you! It wasn’t bad. It takes longer to cook and the texture is different but it’s definitely edible! Even my Italian husband said he didn’t mind it at all and knowing that it doesn't make you feel bloated and cause blood sugar spikes is even better! That looks great, RM! How was the pasta?
