What's On The Plates, Mates - Sunday April 5 > Saturday April 11

Well both DD's have fevers. No clue what's for dinner tonight or what will be for Easter.

I have my free turkey breast and smoked half shank ham and sides. Not sure what I will make today and tomorrow. Not sure if I will be able to do all this without some help.

Quick diner tonight. Was going to order in, but, everything is closed.
So... Bacon Cluck Bergers.


I beat two thighs flat, broiled then melted Sharp cheddar on them, placed on a strip of bacon cut in half. then on a bun with pickles, and ketchup.

Thank you Lee. It was a nice dinner. It was the first time I boiled shrimp for cocktail and made homemade cocktail sauce for the family. Which was a challenge because I don't eat either. Family said they tasted good.

OK Peeps, your not invited to my house for dinner tonight. We are enjoying Shrimp in our Cioppino tonight. (Thanks LT for the pic of your chowder) Your pic nspired my DD and I. Speaking of DD's Peep- I pray your DD's are doing better.

Thank you. They are feeling better. I now have a 101.5 fever.

Shrimp, Clams & Lobster.
