When I read @Sass Muffin's post, I considered making a curried seafood salad too. Then, today turned into a batch cooking for the doggies day and our meal will be Turkish Kebab-Style Chicken & Lemon Dill Pita with Spinach Salad. It is a kit meal but made without the kit. I'll likely add some chopped beets and red onion to the salad, just 'cuz I have them.

Yesterday Nancy went to a cafe in Lakewood with Ann. She brought me two meals one of which was this meat lovers omelet with shredded hash browns and a cat head biscuit which I heated up in the microwave last night. The shredded potato’s were difficult to get apart and needed a sharp knife to separate. The meat in the omelet was ground together and tasteless. Nancy said the potatoes were better freshly served. I ate the biscuit with butter and maple syrup which was quite good. The second dish she got me was biscuits and gravy which I will have sometime today.
