DD wants tacos tonight. We will have two types - regular Old El Paso ground beef tacos and trying the new to us chicken taco kit from Old El Paso.

I remember someone here eating Dockside Crab cakes. I bought
a package of them and a package of Lobster cakes.
I am trying the lobster ones for a snack. They are very good.
they even provide a dipping sauce that is a garlic butter sauce.

Tina scalded and skinned the over abundance of tomatoes, and is cooking a sauce with them.
Browned Italian sausage is also cooking in that sauce.

We are in Nampa, Idaho and ate at Mariscos which is the best Mexican restaurant we’ve eaten. Nancy had the chicken fajita and I had Camerones a la Diablo - it was not for the young. The waitron told us everything is made in house and tortillas are made every day. We were the only Anglos in the place.

Our waitron told us everything is made in house and tortillas are made fresh every day. You notice with the fajitas there is no sour cream or guacamole. We were the only Anglos in the place.

DD picked up ground beef at the butcher Shoppe today. I flat packed it in quart freezer bags in 1 LB. portions.
I requested the sloppy Joes.

They were. We brought half of hers with us and will have it for lunch tomorrow.

tonight we ate at the Red Rock. I had the 1/2 pound Kobe burger which came well done. I neglected to say how I wanted it cooked so couldn’t complain. All in all it was a good burger. I should have gotten a picture of it stacked but dug in…

Today the plan is a chicken breast made on the grill pan, with either AH-SO sauce or basted with Heinz 57.
I've got leftovers, but may have those for lunch.
Feeling a bit indecisive and uninspired today. ?
