What's on the menu Sunday, 8/22/2021 to Saturday, 8/28/2021?

Used to call this "Pan Dancing" .... Since I added Sriracha to the mix, I'm calling it .....

Ground Beef, Green Pepper, Onion, Diced Tomatoes, Italian Herbs &Spices, Sriracha and Shells, topped with a Mexican Cheese Blend...........
 
I remember someone here eating Dockside Crab cakes. I bought
a package of them and a package of Lobster cakes.
I am trying the lobster ones for a snack. They are very good.
they even provide a dipping sauce that is a garlic butter sauce.

We are in Nampa, Idaho and ate at Mariscos which is the best Mexican restaurant we’ve eaten. Nancy had the chicken fajita and I had Camerones a la Diablo - it was not for the young. The waitron told us everything is made in house and tortillas are made every day. We were the only Anglos in the place.

They were. We brought half of hers with us and will have it for lunch tomorrow.

tonight we ate at the Red Rock. I had the 1/2 pound Kobe burger which came well done. I neglected to say how I wanted it cooked so couldn’t complain. All in all it was a good burger. I should have gotten a picture of it stacked but dug in…
