We used to have a Cash and Carry that we would shop at (discount prices on "damaged" goods they couldn't send to the grocery stores). Thank you Sass. I’m thinking with mashed no extra salt added after boiling and greens the same the salt of the chops will be balanced. Hopefully. I tend towards dehydration so salt isn’t to bad for me. LolSmithfield bone in smoked chops are good, Peeps. I find them a little too salty though.
