The tuna is so mild compared to commercial products…. Haven’t had this recipe in years.

As usually happens, my son Jeffrey and I met for Friday lunch/late lunch at that.
Went to Frisch's Big Boy.
I got the avocado toast with scrambled eggs and sliced tomato.
Very good!
I will probably have fruit and yogurt for dinner.

I’ve not had a cheesecake in a coon’s age.

I grilled burgers and fried leftover sweet corn from last night. The Roma tomatoes are from our garden and the onion a Walla Walla Sweet.

Feeling tipsy in the stomach. Crackers and cheese for me. DD will cook for herself; so I will eat later if I feel ok.
Tina had shepherds pie that was left over from the other day.

The plan is cheesy cauliflower for dinner tonight.
It's vegan.

The Stouffer dinner didn't sit well (early dinner). I'm glad it was small. I also had a couple of mini stoned wheat thins with brie on them later last night.

Will have to cook the chicken breast tonight.

No thoughts yet. I was too sick last night ( stomach ), but neutral now.
No appetite yet. Maybe DD will cook something.
Tina will be busy at the church garage sale today; so she is out of the picture ....

After last night’s burgers, the mrs decided she wants foil pack hobo meal… we went to T Boys and got Kobe burger to try. There is smoke in the air and I will be adding more with a nice wood fire to burn these.

This was delicious!
I asked Ipung what the sauce was on the snapper. He said it's a honey cream sauce.
I ate a little of the rice, all of the mushrooms, carrots and zucchini.
The fish was too much.

Shrimp and clams for me from the Blackstone Bar and Restaurant. Cavatelli with broccoli for Tina.
DD wants none of it. Too salty and too many carbs for her she says, as she is exercising at the gym.
She is being nice, and will go pick it up for me and Tina.

Dinner - My version of Sub Gum Chicken (cubed chicken breast, whole almonds, sliced garlic, fresh ginger, onions, mushrooms, carrots, celery, baby bok choy, snow peas, sliced water chestnuts and scallions) and jasmine rice.
