I wanted a buffalo chicken salad but our delivery place doesn't offer it. And I decided that my salad stuff is better anyway.

So I ordered a side of buffalo chicken fingers, cut up about half of them and topped my salad with them. Ken's Lite Ranch on the salad and their chunky blue cheese dressing on the side to dip. Perfect!

I'm thinking kielbasa, cabbage steaks and a scaled down version of Better Than Grandma's Mashed Potatoes. There may be apple sauce too.

It's kind of my standard stir fry sauce. I use it for either shrimp or chicken with vegetables.

1/4 cup tamari
2T shaoxing wine
2T brown sugar
1T vegetable oil
1/2 t sesame oil

2 cloves garlic
2t minced ginger
