Today is #1 son, John A’s, birthday and taking him, Peter, and Amelia to BarBistro for dinner. Hard to believe he is 51.

Maybe some bland potato (mashed or microwaved) with butter or some buttered pastina.

She doubled my Ozempic to see if that works. That will ruin my appetite for sure. LOL

Dinner was good, service was slow due to a lot of patrons. I had the risotto with added blackened shrimp and couldnt finish the risotto. I still had room for beignets.
