[Sass Muffin]

Today will be either breakfast for dinner, or pan fried dumplings and an Asian blend.

Decided to do the dumplings.
The same brand that I had used in the soup last week.
Pan fried in a little olive oil, with Birds Eye Asian blend.
I made some soy sauce/brown sugar and sesame oil sauce to drizzle over it all.

Had eye round roast with mashed potatoes and gravy. Roasted carrots, canned corn, and canned string beans.

We have an eclectic pile of leftovers to reheat tonight. But we're starting with a platter of cheeses, crackers and sopresseta for the Pats game.

Lora, do you prefer the dumplings soft in soup or pan-fried or both? I find when I pan-fry them (or pierogi), the dough/wrapper is a bit tough and chewy.

Cleaning out the freezer. Brie and apple stuffed chicken with a cabbage and kale salad topped with toasted almonds and dried cherries with a Gorgonzola dressing

Supper was a slam sandwich. A slam of salami between 2 slices of bread. No one had interest to cook anything. It was just a ho hum Monday.

I'll be grabbing some deli fried chicken and will make a salad for the side.

Buzz got a Marketplace chicken pot pie from Walmart a while back which he thawed yesterday. I’ll bake that up for him. Not sure what I’ll have yet….

Late lunch today of beef soup with sandwiches. Ham, cheese, and mayo. It was pain in the neck pacemaker interrogation at the hospital in Morristown, and we were running late from hitting road construction in four different area's. Supper will be Chinese....

My friend, Lynne, wanted fried clams for lunch before she flew out today. They were spectacular and the portion was huge! We wanted to split it, but couldn't eat even half of the serving. Gave the leftovers to Kathy.

For dinner, I had leftover proscuitto and leek flatbread pizza and leftover salad. Just right!

I'm making a version of Chiang Mai Curry Noodles...and a salad with warm peanut dressing. Just sounded good.
