What's For Dinner 🍲🥣 Sunday October 19 - Saturday 25 2025

Decided to do the dumplings.
The same brand that I had used in the soup last week.
Pan fried in a little olive oil, with Birds Eye Asian blend.
I made some soy sauce/brown sugar and sesame oil sauce to drizzle over it all.

Lora, do you prefer the dumplings soft in soup or pan-fried or both? I find when I pan-fry them (or pierogi), the dough/wrapper is a bit tough and chewy.

My friend, Lynne, wanted fried clams for lunch before she flew out today. They were spectacular and the portion was huge! We wanted to split it, but couldn't eat even half of the serving. Gave the leftovers to Kathy.

For dinner, I had leftover proscuitto and leek flatbread pizza and leftover salad. Just right!

My friend, Lynne, wanted fried clams for lunch before she flew out today. They were spectacular and the portion was huge! We wanted to split it, but couldn't eat even half of the serving. Gave the leftovers to Kathy.

For dinner, I had leftover proscuitto and leek flatbread pizza and leftover salad. Just right!
