Decided to do the dumplings.
The same brand that I had used in the soup last week.
Pan fried in a little olive oil, with Birds Eye Asian blend.
I made some soy sauce/brown sugar and sesame oil sauce to drizzle over it all.

Lora, do you prefer the dumplings soft in soup or pan-fried or both? I find when I pan-fry them (or pierogi), the dough/wrapper is a bit tough and chewy.

Late lunch today of beef soup with sandwiches. Ham, cheese, and mayo. It was pain in the neck pacemaker interrogation at the hospital in Morristown, and we were running late from hitting road construction in four different area's. Supper will be Chinese....
