I had a peach Italian soda before dinner. Nancy had a pink lady.

I heard about alcohol free gin and Nancy found this on line. I made a martini and her a G&T, she liked it, I didn’t. It’s very heavy with the pine, like drinking pine tar.

I don’t know that I have a favorite. I do like Tanqueray Rangpur for G&T’s.

Have to take it easy with that, because it tends to 😵‍💫

There is a 6 pack of their no alcohol beer in the refer. Imma going to have a Guinness soon.

So, I quit alcohol for Lent. It wasn’t bad except for going out to dinner and not having a glass of wine. I did bring a flask of Jameson’s and am having a few shots after dinner.

We are at friend’s of Matt’s for dinner. I couldn’t refuse a Four Roses Old Fashioned.

I lied. They opened a bottle of Pinot noir just for me and had 2/3 of the bottle. I took no pictures…

We stopped at Airfield Winery before checking in to hotel and got a cold bottle of Sauvignon Blanc to go with the egg salad sandwich. I got a bottle of their Malbec for a steak night next week.
