Turkey burgers?!Today's dinner will be one inspired by Lucky.
No, I'll be making air fried chicken nuggets, mash and onion gravy and red pepper/cilantro corn.
Inspired, but nothing as picturesque as Lucky's.
The air fried nuggets are good with the chicken onion gravy, they even stayed crispy!
I'm craving a gyro from Arby's, so possibly that for dinner.

Last night was leftover pot roast dinner - tonight is Costco’s warm water lobster tails from Honduras, a first.

Yep, I enjoyed it.
The fries were good too.
I'm not a fan of lamb really, but this was great.
Lamb and beef both.

Nice. I’m due to make a pulled pork and some ribs. I’m in serious need of cleaning my Weber first.
I bought some beautiful pork steaks today.
I'm going to make them tomorrow with a mixed greens salad with beets, Gorgonzola cheese and pecans.

Our home canned sauce came out great but then i did add olive oil, onions, garlic, more seasonings, and mushrooms.
