Last night I sliced up some beef tenderloins and browned them in a deep skillet with a little Worcestershire sauce. Then added stir fry vegetables and teriyaki sauce. Was good and had enough left for lunch today. Tonight is baked fish and some tater patties. Found a bunch of nice cuts of beef on that shelf in the freezer. Might have to grill some steaks over the weekend.
