Bacon Cheeseburger Sliders on homemade buns with tater tots and veggies! I steamed the buns before putting the sliders together. Great food for a great game!

Ground pork / grated onion / salt / dredged in flour and fried in cooking oil.
Nice and crispy outside; well done inside but not dry.

Eating greens little at the time. Love greens. *Using enzyme tablets to help with gastric distress.
