How did you prepare the short ribs? I’ve never had them…..

I sear them off in a skillet, then put them in a Corning dish and
shove 'em into a slow oven (225) ... every so often, I slather 'em with BBQ sauce.
I always leave'em in too long...can't break the habit ...

Catfish it was!
I bought a bag of these a while back and had 3 fillets left in the bag.
I dipped them in egg first, then dredged in multi-grain cracker crumbs. Fried in a bit of olive oil.
I'm shocked they came out crispy and brown
Sides -- Green Giant teriyaki broccoli and cauliflower and my usual biggie salad.

Tina made some kind of zucchini pie. It was horrible. Even she didn't like it.
DD said it was ok, but then she found a piece of onion. DD cannot tolerate onion.
I then had an griddled cheese and tomato. I also had a cup of soup .

I'm planning on getting some of those smoked pork chops from the store today.
Sides will be coleslaw and hope to visit the fresh veg stand outside of town for some tomatoes.
I'm also craving cake .. soooo I'll visit the store bakery as well, and get a single piece, hopefully carrot!

Grilled American, and Swiss cheese on seeded rye. Bowl of tomato soup for dinner last night.

We went to the Tipsy Cow in Sun Prairie, WI

Spotted cow beer battered cheese curds (best I ever had)
Tipsy burger with 3 yr aged cheddar, brick cheese, Nueske’s smoked bacon and onion.

Sweetie had bacon guacamole grilled cheese. Everything was excellent!
