I'm going with Asian today too. I'm making a super easy Moo Shu Chicken for dinner. But, right now, I'm making the first batch of ice cream for the season! Mocha Madness! A new recipe and can't wait to try it! It is churning away!

Love the tip about adding a bit of booze to the ice cream to keep it from freezing hard as a rock!

La Choza...

They call it "Parillada"
a mixture of Sauteed Shrimp, Chorizo,
Chicken, Pork and Beef with Tomatoes,
Mushrooms. Onions & Bell Peppers
It comes with 3 Flour Tortillas... should be SIX !

Spinach and ricotta stuffed peppers.
I love the way these turned out.
Everything about them.
Two for me, and two for Pat nextdoor.
She just returned home this morning from a week at Jellystone Park in Indiana, from a trip with the family. She hadn't grocery shopped yet.
She was very appreciative 😊
