It’s slice from Smithfield pan fried, with a bit of avocado spray, in a cast iron sauté skillet.
Love the tip about adding a bit of booze to the ice cream to keep it from freezing hard as a rock!

Amazon...Link: Sumo Ice Cream - but I've seen them in kitchen stores too. I love them! They come in different sizes, but the 1.5 quart works for me...mostly. If there's a bit that can't fit in, so much the better!
The sloppy joes are simply ground beef and G Hughes hickory bbq sauce.
I did the Green Giant zucchini fries in my air fryer, and man! What a difference from making them in the oven, they always come out pretty crispy, but the air fryer is best.
Salad too.
