Using Patak's butter chicken curry sauce (like I have in the past).
This works well with shrimp, as well.
I had to use a tortilla to dip up in the extra sauce, because once again! I forgot to get some naan

Today will either be a Lee inspired soup (I'll be using potstickers instead of wonton) with egg rolls, or a Sharon inspired meal of wings and a salad or sauté vegs.

The potsticker soup was a snap to put together.
Chicken broth, minced garlic, cabbage, sesame oil, soy sauce -- add the potstickers, then a little red pepper flakes and green onions before serving.
Made the egg rolls in the air fryer.

I'm having some leftover potsticker soup for lunch today.

These are the Tyson restaurant style crispy garlic parmesan wings.
I love them, but they're dinky lol
Salad is lettuce, sliced mini pepper,celery, grape tomatoes, walnuts, sunflower seeds, cranberries, bleu cheese and poppyseed dressing.

Had Italian sausage in a nice tomato sauce, and nice crusty Italian bread.

I think for dinner today, I'll make a ginger/garlic sauté veg blend with a couple of egg rolls.
I've got too many recipes saved for the coming week, and don't feel like diving into any of them today.
