Last night’s air fried tenderloins were good although they looked a bit pale. I neglected to get a picture.

A little after midnight power went out due to a windstorm which knocked down a tree over lines to my neighborhood. Power was off for 16 hours. Luckily we have a gas stove and wood burning stove. I kept the fore going all day. The wife fried bacon and burgers for dinner which hit the spot.

The steaks looked good, too, but they looked a little too rare for me as well.

Last night was pizza night. I have a pizza oven insert for my smoker and the stone gets up and over 600F quickly. Even when it’s snowing.

Nachos tonight. I made the guacamole. Craig made the salsa and the ground beef mix, grated the cheese and put everything together. His had more meat on it, plus jalapeno slices.

DD wanted Taco Bell. Lamb will be tomorrow.

It was rotelli pasta with garlic, olive oil and fresh tomato; with fried meatballs.

Another noodle night here, Spicy Beef Ramen with carrots, ginger, green onion, crispy fried garlic, chili oil, toasted sesame, soft boiled eggs and cilantro.
