What is Your Weather?

Long story but did a drive to Puyallup army satellite pharmacy and power is out all over with crews working. The strip mall army pharm was closed. Traffic was horrible with traffic lights not working at several locations. By the time I got to my street Tacoma Power was working on lines coming in to our neighborhood. While I was as gone Nancy moved furniture so I could build a fire. 🔥 I’m using pressed logs and they are not easy to ingnite. I went out and brought in a bundle of reasonably dry store bought wood and it took off. It’s getting cozy in the family room. This probably the first fire I’ve made in 4-5 years.

I miss this! Haven't had a fireplace since I was a kid, when my dad built fires all winter long. Wish I had one!

Governor DeWine has declared Ohio under a state of emergency.
The heavy snow isn't even arriving here until later tomorrow morning.
Well after I've gotten home from work.

That's good to hear, Lora! I am sorry for the nursing staff and all essential personnel everywhere that has to work during these big storms!

To hear the news, one would be expecting snow-mageddon. The grocery stores are slammed. No tp, milk, eggs, bread, or ice cream. Reality is that we are expecting around 4 to 6 inches overnight and perhaps up to 4 inches tomorrow. In the midwest, this would be called flurries.

Osha is snuggled on my lap waiting to see a snowflake.
